PROCESS & EQUIPMENT MANAGER (ENGINEERING)

Responsibilities are to:

  • Manage the Engineering department in a metalworking and assembly operation
  • Set up equipment/process engineering section to enhance manufacturing capability
  • Supervise the product development team to ensure design for manufacturability
  • Support Production related technical issues resolution
  • Foster teamwork and motivate the team towards growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience OR post graduate Diploma with a minimum of 8 years experience in industry; both of which must at least have a minimum of 3 years at senior/staff Engineer level in job experience.
  • Good knowledge in Auto-Cad/3D Solid Works/Pro-Engineer skills
  • Knowledge on Industrial Engineering (IE) is an advantage
  • Good organizational, leadership and presentation skills
  • Dynamic, highly-motivated, self-disciplined and highly mature individual

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities are to:

  • Responsible for developing marketing plan, implementing marketing strategies and capturing new business opportunities to continue growth and profitability of the company
  • To implementing sales strategies and plans to penetrate new and existing marketing establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with key accounts and potential customers
  • To communicate effectively with various parties to achieve fast and accurate response to customer
  • To drive on time delivery of quality products to customers and follow up customers' orders
  • To insure sales forecast and budget

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline
  • Candidates with Master Degree will have an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment and should be in a managerial-marketing position
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
  • Dynamic, highly-motivated, self-disciplined and highly mature individual with good interpersonal
  • A result-oriented team player with ability to motivate the sales department towards achievement of revenue targets set and objectives by the management

SENIOR ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL)

Responsibilities are to:

  • To provide technical support & anticipate production problems. Identifying and resolving technical process problems related to materials, tooling and equipment in the area of responsibility.
  • Able to design suitable jigs & fixtures to improve machine capabilities, productivity and efficiency
  • Drive overall machine and cost effectiveness to meet overall department goals and objectives
  • Explore any improvement opportunity and makes proposal for corrective and preventive actions
  • To define specification of the assigned project in line with customer's requirement
  • To drive the business to achieve company target/business KPIs
  • To lead the NPI project and meeting customer expectation
  • Able to provide mechanical structure advice and to the team & customers
  • Works closely with new and existing customers in the development of new products or in the redesigning/modification of existing products
  • Work closely with production and external vendors/suppliers/sub-con to develop prototypes based on customer specifications, including qualifying vendors and materials suppliers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or post graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry
  • Experience in the field of Sheet Metal Fabrication and assembly will be added an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer with skills in AutoCAD software, 3D solid works, CAD & CAM software tools & layout plan design skills
  • A self-starter, creative, self-initiative, strong analytical, team player and result oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Dynamic, highly motivated and highly mature individual
  • Good command of the English language is essential

SOURCING ENGINEERS

Responsibilities are to:

  • To ensure integrity of suppliers and pricing information to the business system in timely
  • Involved for supplier selection and continuous cost down with current supplier
  • To provide leadership to streamline the sourcing process to improve sourcing cycle time
  • Review, update and sourcing of supplier for materials, paying close attention to the quality of materials, timeliness of delivery and ability of the suppliers to make appropriate changes to delivery timelines in response to the company's production schedule requirements
  • Responsible for the initiating procurement activities for new parts in New Product Introduction through co-shared function with Product Development team member
  • Interact with teams to ensure suppliers are involved in development & review of specifications to promote design for manufacturability
  • Use project management skills and tools to source alternative component for reduce cost/improve quality & reliability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or post graduate diploma in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Knowledge base of related materials or parts suppliers in the sheet metal fabrication industry
  • Job may require the incumbent to travel to the supplier's premises for the purpose of supplier qualification audits

PLANNING EXECUTIVES

Responsibilities are to:

  • Managing of production planning and raw material planning systems
  • Build up forecast based on production order and track daily output
  • Compile all production data and conduct pricing and contract negotiations for all raw materials
  • Ensure timely and smooth shipment of finished goods
  • Develop and implementation of customer forecast/demand analysis and documentation system
  • Possess the experience of using ERP system

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry
  • A team player, self-motivation and result oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively with at all levels

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES

Responsibilities are to:

  • Ability to take the lead role or coordinating the program management team
  • Responsible for costing and quotation preparations, order processing, coordination of deliveries, shipment rescheduling, and to handle all enquiries relating to customer satisfaction and order fulfillment
  • Provide all necessary assistance & services on customer's requests & complaints and to liaise with internal departments to meet or exceed customer's satisfaction
  • Monitor & feedback to management on any issue or problem pertaining deliveries, products or our sales services
  • Liaise with suppliers / vendors as and when required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least STPM or Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in business development/customer service related field
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Those who can speak reasonably good Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would have an advantage
  • Process strong analytical problem solving, documentation and organization skills
